Committee Objective
The Sisters in Solidarity of Local 48 aims to develop and strengthen recruitment, training, and retention of women within the IBEW. This committee strives to model behavior and culture in which under represented people in the trades, and in the IBEW, empower and support each other. The Committee will also serve as a resource of leadership for other tradeswomen committees.
What to Expect if You Join
You should expect an open and welcoming group of people working towards recruiting, training, and retaining women.
