April 12, 1949 – September 21, 2026

Richard joined Local 48 in August 1974. He retired in May 2011.

Daniel J. Buell

November 17, 1937 – September 17, 2026

Daniel joined Local 970 in August 1959. He retired in November 1999.

Toby K. Whitrock

July 12, 1952 – December 19, 2025

Toby joined Local 970 in December 1974. He retired in January 2005.

Matthew F. Hart

March 22, 1968 – September 14, 2026

Matthew joined Local 48 in September 1995. He retired in May 2024.

Grant Lang
