Steven L. Russell

Steven was an active member of Local 48 since May 1994. He is survived by his wife and children.

On Friday, January 2, a celebration of life is being held from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Astoria Event Center, 255 Ninth Street. Hughes-Ransom Mortuary in Astoria is in charge of the arrangements.
