The 2026 IBEW 48 Summer Picnic is just 12 days away! We look forward to seeing everyone for a day of fun in the sun on Sunday, July 12th!

See below for a few (mostly new) things to note for this year’s event.

SPOUSES/PARTNERS AND FAMILY MEMBERS

Given the number of Local 48 members that are traveling at the moment, we wanted to let you know that members’ spouses, partners, and family members are welcome to attend even if the Local 48 member cannot. If you are a member and are unable to attend, just let your partner or family member(s) know to provide your name at the registration desk.

PICNIC SHIRTS AND HATS

This year members will have a choice of either a free picnic shirt or a free picnic hat.

PICNIC COINS

This year’s picnic coins will be available for $20 each.

MERCH SALES IN THE LOBBY

Local 48 merch will be available to purchase in the lobby, with some select items being discounted.
