We had sessions three, four, and five for the Residential Agreement last week on September 29th, 30th, and October 1st. Many discussions were had over the three sessions regarding Category 1 language, market share, and top priorities for the unit. But no additional tentative agreements on proposals were reached.

NECA handed over a packet of proposals which included counters, some numbers on wages, and some things that they were agreeable to under both Category 1 language and also general proposals. For some items we countered, they did not counter again. With plenty still on the table to get to a consensus on, there is still work ahead to get to a total tentative agreement for the membership.
