Negotiations for the Residential Agreement had the first bargaining session on August 12th. In that meeting we agreed to the same ground rules that are being used for Inside negotiations, then exchanged proposals and read through them. Both sides had questions regarding what the other side had proposed. Things stayed cordial throughout the session, but there were some hard conversations had in that room.

No tentative agreements have been made yet. We did give a counter for one proposal, but for the most part we are waiting for more information regarding the proposals we were handed, and a response regarding what we put forth. We will be back at the table August 24th and will have another update shortly after that.
