Jay E. McCoy
Jay is survived by his family members, Shannon and Georjean. Jay worked as an electrician for McCoy Electric. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. At his request there will be no services.
Jay was initiated into IBEW on 12/20/1956 and retired on 11/30/1999.
