Local 48 Office Closed Friday, July 4th, in Observance of Independence Day

Melvin J. Cavin

Melvin joined Local 48 in November 1978.  He retired in July 2013.  He is survived by his sons, Jeff and Kris.  A service will be held on May 17th at 10 AM at Holman’s Funeral Home 2610 SE Hawthorn Blvd, Portland, Or.
