Paul Georgeades

Paul Georgeades, 80 of Vancouver, Wash., died on Feb, 3, 2014, and will be missed dearly. He was born on March 7, 1933, to Jack and Grace Georgeades in Portland where he went to Jefferson and Benson High Schools.

In 1950 Paul met his girlfriend Phyllis who became his wife of 63 years. Paul served as an electrical apprentice at Benson High School, was an electrical estimator in San Francisco at the age of 25 and continued in the electrical field until his retirement.

Paul enjoyed a hard day of work and accomplished something everyday. He was a very dedicated and active member of the Jehovah's Witnesses and was a member of the IBEW for 40 years. Paul was always there to help his friends and family. He enjoyed his grandchildren and was very proud of his family.

Paul is survived by his wife, Phyllis; sons, Terry, John (Marta) and Bill (Karen); nine grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; sister, Georgia; and brothers, Peter and Tom. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Amie.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 15, 2014 at the Kingdom Hall, 3617 R. St., Vancouver, WA, 98663 with a Celebration of Life service to follow at 3:30 p.m. at the Hilton Hotel, 301 W. 6th St, Vancouver, WA, 98660.
