Robert E. Milling

Robert joined Local 48 in October 1990.  He retired in January 2012.  A memorial service will be held at 9:30 am on Thursday, January 18 at the Willamette National Cemetery, 11800 SE Mt Scott Blvd, Happy Valley, OR.
