Scott A. Trapp
Scott became an IBEW Local 48 member in June 1993. He is survived by his daughter, Mackenzie, and mother and step-father, Gayle and Lee. The only memorial service for Scott will be held at All Saints Episcopal Church, 4033 SE Woodstock Blvd, Portland, Oregon on Tuesday, September 30 at 1 pm.
